Wine Pairing
Champagne is our post popular celebratory wine, and there’s no need to shy away from its use as a primary beverage. Winston Churchill reportedly drank it with ever meal. Dom Pierre Pérignon, at the moment he discovered champagne, is said to have exclaimed, “Come quickly, I am drinking the stars!” What a way to begin the year! Bubble has many counterparts, and if you haven’t tasted the sparkling wine from Wolf Mountains Vineyards in Dahlonega, Georgia, you have lots of excitement in store. Another delicious choice is the wonderful sparkling wine Gruet Blanc de Noirs from New Mexico.
