Transforming Today’s World is proud to announce the first official step in providing a voice to the broken hearted and the lost. There are millions of people suffering in silence. We understand we cannot reach everyone, but we also understand the need to stand in the integrity of the heart. Words are cheap and have no meaning unless one is willing to “walk out” their words as they manifest directly into the need of a person’s life. We have no right to judge anyone: “There but for the grace of God go I” comes to mind. In this day of financial and global insecurity, TTW offers a beacon of hope and light to a darkened and dis-engaged world. We believe all people need to lead by example. As our personal importance begins to fade and the need of others takes center stage, we will quietly begin to realize the greatest gift of all IS giving!
TTW’s feature, “We Flip People,” is an example of turning our focus away from our own needs and strongly focusing on the immediate and sometimes desperate needs of others. Many of us are stuck in a continuing cycle of need that perpetuates depression and hopelessness. People that feel hopeless, feel small inside and insignificant. They begin to hide and isolate themselves because they feel no one is there for them- or that people simply do not care. Most of us will never know how many lives could have been saved by simply giving a person a break! In that split second of extending a hand of friendship and hope to a hurting soul, a person’s entire world can change. All of us at one time or another, has needed an infusion of hope, love, inspiration and financial help. The power of the written word is astounding and can create immediate change. TTW is dedicated to using the written word to produce positive change in our community and the world. Our goal is to put “human” BACK into humanity! “The Faces of TTW” is the official launch of the benevolent heart of “We Flip People.”
